High season runs June 30th to August 30th with Saturday check-in with a minimum 7 night stay. With the exception of the remaining dates of August 2025 which have a 4 night minimum stay.

Rest of the year is a minimum stay 3 night stay during the week and 2 nights on a weekend.

To Book: There are a few methods to choose from:  

1. Book direct here on my booking page. Once your booking is made you will receive your rental 

     agreement to sign.

 2. Nook Cottage Airbnb - a 15% Airbnb fee is applied to the base price sadly this is what Airbnb charge 

3. Nook Cottage Booking.com - a 15% BDC fee is applied to the base price again a charge BDC makes.

Cleaners fee of £50 per stay. 

Payments: Can be made when booking via Credit or Debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna & Clearpay all payments are securely managed by Stripe payment system.

You can also make payment for your booking via BACS transfer, your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received. 

The 1st payment of 20% required when booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before your stay. If your stay is within 30 days full payment will be required when booking.

Security Deposit:  A £200 Security Deposit is required. The Security deposit will be held 2 days before your stay start date. The payment will be held until your stay ends. The security deposit will be released within 3 days of the end of your stay providing  no deductions are required for losses to Nook Cottage sustained during your stay. 

Cancellations: By booking you agree to Nook Cottage Cancellation Policy. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking  will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. There is NO additional cancellation fee.
